Inspiration Delivered: My Favorite Newsletters

  • Updated: July 19, 2025

I keep a running list of e-newsletters that I turn to for fresh ideas.

  • For The Interested: This site's tagline is "Learn. Do. Become." It's aimed at anyone who values learning, doing, and becoming better at their work, art, and life.
  • Brain Food newsletter from Shane Parrish, founder of Farnham Street
  • 3pts: These mailings mostly offer tips and other article links to inspire "working artists and makers [to] thrive making a living doing what they love."
  • 3-2-1 Newsletter: Each message includes 3 short ideas from author James Clear, 2 quotes from others, and 1 question for you to ponder.
  • Greg's Letter is a weekly newsletter by Greg Isenberg with free startup ideas, insights on business building, particularly online businesses.
  • Listings Project is a community offering free access to carefully vetted real estate, job, and services offered listings weekly. Whenever I post my own listing there, I find at least one new client.
  • The Resilience Roadmap is a weekly newsletter where author Terry Rice provides actionable ideas and frameworks to help you grow your business, overcome setbacks, and perform at your highest level.
  • Episode updates from The Happiness Lab: "Our minds are constantly telling us what to do to be happy. But what if our minds are wrong? What if our minds are lying to us, leading us away from what will make us happy?"
